Special Guest
On August 12, at the International Art Video Festival at Konzepthaus Laboratorium in Thun, the Sweet Home project was presented. Curator Alessandro Rolandi chose nomadism as the guiding theme, through which artists express themselves using moving images.
Sweet Home has special characteristics: it will not be unique, one-of-a-kind, or confined to a specific location. In fact, an identical copy of the artwork is allowed, but not for commercial purposes. Umberto Cavenago grants others the right to reconstruct Sweet Home anywhere, respecting the CC (Creative Commons) license that protects those intending to reproduce the work without infringing on copyright, adhering to the specified conditions.
Sweet Home was presented as a special project intended to compete in the 14th Swiss and International Sculpture Exhibition in Bienne in 2024.
